After an incredible round of Raclette Igloo experiences, we decided to bring more of the French tradition to Australia, with a new unique French dining experience – Fondue Chalet. Enter a French Alpine village and eat authentic French Fondue cheese in the warmth of your private chalet (French Ski Lodge).
Bring together your favourite people and cosy up in your own chalet and for an unforgettable experience. Our Cheese fondue is prepared the traditional way with the best of French mountain cheeses. Fondue Chalet is a fully immersive dining experience with French waiters, music and authentic recipe.
This year, we added a little extra for the sweet tooth, exclusive to the “late sessions, indulge in a velvety chocolate fondue paired with seasonal fruits.
To complete the experience, our Alpine bar offers French winter cocktails and a curated selection of wines, perfect for toasting to on any occasion!
Arrive at the Fondue chalet experience and be greeted by our French waiters with a warm cup of mulled wine. Next, you will be shown to your private chalet, named after France’s most famous ski resorts!

Dip, savour, and elevate your French dining experience with our selection of wines and alpine cocktails.
