The Cheese
The precise choice of Raclette de
Savoie IGP, made from raw cow’s
milk and matured for at least 12
weeks on wooden boards. Salty,
creamy, with delicate hazelnut
notes, it reaches its full aroma and
flavour when melted. Imported

raclette grill. Watch the cheese
bubble and brown at the edges,
