French Alps, 1800s – cowherds high in the mountains, a wheel of cheese resting too close to the flames. It melts. They scrape it onto potatoes. Warm and filling, they'll do it again for the next 200 years.
The Cheese
One cheese, one origin. Raclette de Savoie IGP, made from raw cow's milk, matured for at least 12 weeks on wooden boards. Salty, creamy, with delicate hazelnut notes, reaching its full aroma and flavour only when melted.
The Ritual
Your personal pan slides under the raclette grill. Watch the cheese bubble and brown at the edges, then scrape it onto potatoes, charcuterie and pickles. Your cheese, your melt, exactly the way you like it.
Made to Be Shared
Individual pans, but always around the same table. Raclette has a way of turning dinner into an event: everyone grilling, scraping, laughing, going back for more!
